sentivivo: Sometimes when I tell people that I enjoy reading, they look at me like I just killed someone. Why is it so surprising that I read? My sister’s husband said to her “I’m so glad you’re not a reader. It’s so boring.” I don’t understand how reading could possibly be a bad thing to do. I feel sorry for anyone who can’t enjoy the beauty of books.
